01 · Context
Tucané is a Mexican fashion brand with a distinctive geometric identity and a loyal customer base. The brief was to design Club Tucané — a loyalty and rewards mobile app that deepens the relationship between the brand and its customers through points, achievements, gift cards, and purchase history.
The challenge was designing a loyalty experience that felt as premium and considered as the brand itself — not a generic points app, but a system that rewards loyalty with a sense of belonging and status, consistent with Tucané's visual world of bold geometry and clean minimalism.
02 · The App
The app is organized around four key features that cover the full loyalty journey — from discovering the brand to earning and spending rewards.

Home Dashboard
Gender-segmented product browsing, benefits accordion, referral program access, and gift card banner — all in a minimal, editorial layout consistent with the fashion brand identity.
Logros (Achievements)
A gamified badge system that rewards loyal customers with collectible insignias — from "Frequent Visitor" to exclusive tier unlocks. Progress bars and celebratory modals create emotional moments at key milestones.
Gift Cards
Beautifully designed digital gift cards using Tucané's signature geometric color palette — multiple card designs that feel like collectible objects, shareable directly from the app.
Wallet
A photo-based loyalty card showing purchase count (30 compras), QR code for in-store scanning, point balance, and a full transaction history — 50 points earned per purchase.

The visual language was designed to feel like a natural extension of the Tucané brand — not a separate "app" aesthetic bolted onto the brand:
