An all-in-one app for Banregio employees

bconnect is Banregio's internal mobile app for employees — a digital tool that centralizes their work identity, visitor management, and internal communications in a single place. The app replaces physical access cards with a digital credential, simplifies the process of registering and managing visitors, and keeps employees connected through a tiered notification system.

My role was focused entirely on UX design — translating defined requirements into clear, usable flows and screens for the iOS and Android app.

02 · Core Experience

From login to daily use

The app uses institutional Google sign-in for frictionless access — no passwords, no separate registration. Once logged in, employees are greeted by their digital credential: a branded card with their photo, name, employee ID, building, and parking spot — scannable via QR code at any Banregio access point.

The Profile section surfaces key workplace information at a glance: role, building, workspace code, and parking assignment. The Notifications screen organizes messages across three scopes — personal, group, and global — with swipe-to-delete and unread indicators.

03 · Key Flow

Registering visitors — simple and fast

One of the app's central features is the visitor registration system. Employees can register three types of visitors — personal visit, invited guest, or supplier — directly from the home screen.

The registration flow was designed to minimize friction: a clean form with a native date picker and AM/PM time selector, location field, and visitor type selector. After registration, upcoming visits appear in a card list with expandable guest details and the ability to resend access QR codes to each invitee individually — a key practical feature for corporate visit management.

The QR modal for each guest is clean and share-ready, showing the guest name, visit date and time, and building location at a glance.
